Southgate High School offers premium weekly boarding, giving students a comfortable, closely supervised home during the school week while returning to their families on weekends. Rooms accommodate a maximum of three students, striking a balance between companionship and comfort. Our boarding houses are staffed by dedicated house parents who provide structure, care and a genuine sense of home.
A typical boarding week includes structured prep and study time, supervised meals, sport and cocurricular activities, and dedicated wind down time in the evenings. For senior students, the routine builds independence and good study habits alongside accountability, with additional supervised study support in examination years. Weekends are reserved for family time, allowing students to enjoy the benefits of boarding during the week while remaining closely connected to home.
