Leadership is learned by doing. Senior students are given real responsibility through a prefect and house leadership system, together with captaincy of sports teams and leadership of clubs and societies, supported and guided by staff.
These roles build confidence, accountability and service, qualities that prepare students for university, the workplace and life in their communities.
